Made by hand on a small Australian farm.

Airdd started with a glut of fruit and a dehydrator. We were trying to use up oranges from the tree out the back, and a few experiments later we had something we wanted to share.

Today we work with growers across Australia to source whole fruit at peak season, slice it thin, and dry it low and slow. Nothing goes in but the fruit — no sugar, no preservatives, no sulphites, no artificial colours. The colour, the bitterness in the rind, the gentle sweetness — that's all the citrus.
