Refund Policy

Different products bought through different channels follow different refund paths. Read the section that matches your purchase.

Dried-citrus food products (purchased on airdd.au)

Because dried citrus is a food product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind reasons once the parcel has been opened.

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement for goods that are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose. If something is wrong with your order, email hello@airdd.au as soon as you can with photos and your order number, and we'll make it right.

Glass Water Bottle (purchased on Amazon)

The Airdd Glass Water Bottle is fulfilled by Amazon. For change-of-mind returns or issues that arise within Amazon's standard 30-day window, please use Amazon's return process directly:

• Visit Your Orders on Amazon.com.au
• Find your Airdd order and click Return or Replace Items
• Follow the prompts — Amazon arranges a prepaid return label and processes the refund

Defective Glass Water Bottle after 30 days

For manufacturing defects discovered after Amazon's 30-day window, you may be eligible for our 1-year limited warranty if you registered your purchase within 60 days. See the Warranty Terms for what's covered and how to claim.

How direct refunds are processed

For airdd.au orders we refund directly, refunds return to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we've confirmed the issue.

Cancellations

Need to cancel an airdd.au order before it ships? Email hello@airdd.au and we'll cancel and refund in full. Once shipped, the relevant return process above applies.

Your statutory rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies those rights.
