Terms of Service
Last updated: 1 May 2026
These Terms govern your use of airdd.au and any orders you place with us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. About Airdd
airdd.au is operated by Airdd, an Australian small-batch dried-citrus brand based in New South Wales. We also sell our Glass Water Bottle through Amazon — links to that listing are provided on this site. For our United States customers, see airdd.co.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use this site, and at least 18 to make a purchase or register a warranty. By using the site you confirm you meet these requirements.
3. Orders and pricing
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices and product availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where pricing is incorrect, stock is unavailable, or fraud is suspected.
A contract of sale is formed only when we accept your order and ship it. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will refund any payment in full.
4. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept Australian-issued credit and debit cards plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Afterpay where available. We do not store full card details on our servers.
5. Shipping and returns
See our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. For Glass Water Bottle purchases made on Amazon, that retailer's terms apply for shipping and the standard return window.
6. Warranty
Our Glass Water Bottle is covered by a 1-year limited warranty when registered within 60 days of purchase. Full terms are on the Warranty Terms page. Dried-citrus food products are not eligible for the warranty programme.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information (including warranty claims, contact-form messages, or order details)
- Scrape, copy, or republish substantial portions of the site without our written consent
- Interfere with normal operation of the site, including via bots, malware, or denial-of-service attempts
8. Intellectual property
All content on airdd.au — including text, graphics, photos, logos, and code — is owned by or licensed to Airdd, and is protected by Australian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may view and download content for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our prior written consent.
"Airdd" and the Airdd wave mark are trademarks of Airdd. Other names and marks referenced on the site are the property of their respective owners.
9. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies these statutory rights.
10. Limitation of liability
Subject to section 9, our liability for any single order is limited to the price you paid for that order. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss — including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or damage to other property — arising out of or related to your use of the site.
11. Third-party links
Our site links to third-party websites (e.g., Amazon, social media). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those sites. Visiting them is at your own risk and is governed by their terms.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest change. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales — except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your home jurisdiction require otherwise.
