Warranty Terms

Airdd Pty Ltd ("Airdd", "we", "us", "our") provides this limited warranty for the Airdd 32 oz Glass Water Bottle with Stainless Tea Infuser purchased through authorised retailers, including Amazon.com.au, Amazon.com, and airdd.au. By registering your purchase you agree to the terms below.
1. Coverage period
Your bottle is covered for one (1) year from the date of purchase, provided you register your purchase within 60 days of the purchase date. Registrations submitted after 60 days will not be eligible.
2. What's covered
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal domestic use, including:
- Cracks or breakage of the borosilicate glass body that occur under normal use without external impact
- Failure of the lid mechanism (e.g., broken hinge, faulty seal, leakage from a closed lid)
- Detachment of the protective sleeve or carry loop from a manufacturing defect
- Premature rust or corrosion of the stainless steel tea infuser
3. What's not covered
- Damage caused by drops, impact, accidents, or misuse
- Stains, discolouration, scratches, or other cosmetic wear from normal use
- Loss, theft, or items damaged in transit after delivery
- Damage from improper cleaning (e.g., bleach, abrasive scrubbers, harsh chemicals)
- Damage from exposure to temperatures outside the rated range (-20°C to 160°C / -4°F to 320°F), including microwaving, freezing solid, or stovetop use
- Items used commercially (cafés, gyms, retail samples, etc.)
- Items not registered within 60 days of the original purchase date
- Items resold, gifted, or transferred — this warranty is non-transferable
- Items purchased from unauthorised third-party sellers
4. How to claim
Email hello@airdd.au with the following:
- The email address you used to register the warranty
- Clear photos showing the defect
- A short description of how the issue occurred
We will respond within 2 business days. We may request additional photos, videos, or return of the defective part for assessment.
5. Remedy
If your claim is approved, we will replace the defective part free of charge — including standard shipping within Australia. Replacement is limited to the affected component (e.g., lid, sleeve, infuser, glass body) rather than the complete package. Cash refunds are not provided under this warranty.
If a replacement part is no longer available, we may, at our discretion, substitute an equivalent part of equal or greater value, or replace the entire bottle with a model of comparable specifications.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability under this warranty is limited to replacement of the defective part. We are not liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential loss, damage, or expense — including but not limited to loss of use, spoiled contents, or damage to other property.
7. Your statutory rights (Australia)
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, those rights.
8. Changes to this warranty
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in effect on your registration date apply to your purchase. The current version is always available at this URL.
